Casa Bellavista can accommodate up to 4 people. The structure is composed of a living room with kitchenette and fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. There are 4 beds thanks to a comfortable sofa bed that is in addition to the double bed.
CONSISTS OF:
- Kitchen equipped with: stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer , tools and miscellaneous equipment
- Bathroom: shower, bidet, sink, toilet, hairdryer
- Other: safe, iron, linen, heating

- Summer swimming pool ( 9m x 4.5m)
- Deckchairs
- A hammock

- Mid- week cleaning services
- Order and Delivery Expenses (groceries etc …) at home
- Lunch or dinner is prepared homemade by our local housewives using strict Umbrian recipes
- Umbrian cuisine masterclasses, for a minimum of three people, with the village’s ladies
